I love French. I wish I spoke it better….errrr…..at all. I do know that Les Yeux Ouvert means something about the Open Eyes. Dreaming with eyes open perhaps?
Love the shot of the Paris Street. Love the fact that it’s May and they’re still all in coats. Europe is seductive but at the end of the day she is just cold quite a lot of the time 🙂
According to the web translation I just did, Les Yeux Overts means ‘The Open Eyes’ – so well done you!
I was in Paris for about a week, and while it was a little misty and grey the first couple of days, the rest of the time was warm and sunny. I wore a t-shirt most days with a light jumper and couldn’t get over all these people walking around in coats and scarves!
Same in London – it would be 20 outside and I’d hop onto the tube after walking around for hours, and the heat would be jacked right up and I’d be literally sweating, and everyone else on the train would be wearing heavy coats and scarves and boots! Incredible. You’d think it would be the other way round, that the English would be in shorts and skirts and I’d be the one needing the heavy gear but, no, not so.

It is, and I think I knew that one before I heard the English one so I’ve always liked it better.

It’s definitely superior to the English one I think. Glad you like it!
