How is it possible that I can order a CD from the US and receive it four days later, but a box of things I sent from England in May still hasn’t arrived? And how is it possible that the so-called ’economy’ postage rate (70 quid, equivalent to $140 Aussie dollars) that I chose means that I can’t even find out where the hell the bloody thing is, and how much longer it will take to arrive?
