Yesterday I told you all about A Free Man’s Interview 2009 project and posted my responses to Formerly Fun’s questions. Today you can read my interview of Boring History Girl as we talk music, cricket, bad footcare ads and the irritating Leisl Von Trapp.
Thanks Kitty for your entertaining responses, and also for leading me to this gorgeous version of ‘Edelweiss’. I hunted in vain through my music library to find a suitable tune to match this post and was forced to look further afield, stumbling over this beautiful rendition from The Honey Trees. Schmalz be damned – I love it!

damn, girl, you’ve been busy! i can’t keep up with you. : )
great interviews, both of them. i can’t seem to get my nerve up to join in the fun. i feel so behind the eight ball as it is.
that’s all. : )
Huh! I think what you mean is that I HAVEN’T been busy…thus giving me time to blog incessantly and answer interview questions! Thanks though – you really should give it a go. I didn’t wanna do the CP at first and you encouraged me to, and I haven’t made toooooo much of a tool of myself. Yet.
no, you haven’t made a tool of yourself!
i liked that missy higgins song, btw. is she still around?
ok, i’ll think about the interview game.
You guys did a great job! Thanks.
MJRC – Missy is still around and made some inroads into the US market last year. She’s actually touring the US at the moment. I’ve seen her twice now and she’s a fantastic live performer – definitely worth it if you can manage it!
