Ahh civilisation, how I’ve missed you. Returned late last night from a three day camping/boating/fishing trip in the mountains. A trip that was fraught with wind, rain, fog, icy conditions and not a single fish. On our last night we heard wild dogs barking just before dark, which made for a long night of overactive imaginations and phantom attacks of the canine variety. It’s extremely nice to be home.
Here are some random tracks for your enjoyment. I’ll be the one huddled by the fire. Now if only my dog would stop barking…
Always Where I Need To Be – The Kooks
If You Want To, You Have To – Dosh
We Still Drink The Same Water – Teitur
I Always Knew – Lanterns On The Lake
Teitur is very cool.
Camping in the mountains in the middle of winter, I don’t know about that…
Yes. Upon further reflection Chris, perhaps it wasn’t the best idea. Twas an adventure though!
teitur is waaay cool! if you ever get the chance to see him, definitely do it.
i’m heading off on my adventure in an hour or so–i kinda hope i have better weather than you did!
Noted Marcy! Have a top time adventuring – I don’t think it’s possible to have worse weather than what we did, so I reckon you should be fine!
